The gym's new owners felt it was time to build on this reputation while aligning with its coastal beachside location and the local active Mount community. They wanted the new brand to instil a refreshed sense of pride locally while promoting Mount CrossFit as an inclusive, supportive family network where everyone can feel good about themselves by improving their strength, health and wellbeing.
